How do I work?
I work according to the approach of Skip a Stone: I look at people, vision, organisational structure, processes and business results together. This is how I look for change that grows from within, instead of a quick fix for the short term.
How clients experience me
I really enjoyed working with Antje. Thanks in part to Antje, everyone was able to be open and honest, even though that can be quite confronting at times. There was good listening, the right questions were asked and now and then there was laughter too. That is and remains important in every situation. We gained insights that are more concrete and that we can also back up. To me, this is the basis for improvement.
